It is rare that you will be using just one software application in your daily work. Usually, people need to use several different applications together.

For example, you may need to adjust colour in a photograph in Adobe Photoshop, modify a logo in Adobe Illustrator, then place both into a brochure designed in Adobe InDesign and finally produce a PDF of the brochure to send to the printer using Adobe Acrobat.
