Pandy has over 30 years experience in the Graphic Arts industry dealing with the reproduction of images and advertising material, and initially being awarded "Apprentice of the Year" and many other industry awards, and is an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and Instructor (ACI).
Over the years he has worked through the technologies of photomechanical reproduction and bench planning, drum scanning, proprietary electronic page makeup systems, the desktop publishing evolution (initially with XPress, PhotoShop and Illustrator), and with multimedia and web publishing. He taught Adobe PageMaker in 1984, then QuarkXPress, PhotoShop, Illustrator from 1991. Publishing and Colour Management Systems and how they are implemented in a production workflow are not new concepts to Pandy, as he has been providing support to businesses needing implementation into their publishing and digital imaging workflow.
He was one of the first trainers to deliver Adobe InDesign public courses within Australia, and was the first certified Adobe trainer.
Pandy has an active teaching schedule at Alpha, where he passes on his passion of publishing to his clients, and his passion for teaching to his training staff.

Michael combines this experience and conducts staff development for Alpha trainers to ensure quality and consistent outcomes.
