We use both PC and Macintosh computers. Whatever your platform of choice, we will do our best to ensure that you learn on the same type of computer as you use at work. All computers used in our courses have the latest versions of the software as soon as practical to use.
Alpha courses run from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea are provided.
We provide you with detailed courseware, a valuable reference to have long after you have completed the course. The courseware is written by our professional trainers, and includes answers to questions that come up in a typical work environment.
Most of our courses come with an eLearning DVD package which allows you to review the entire course at your own pace. eLearning DVD packages comprise of over 160 Flash and QuickTime movies covering all aspects of each course you have attended.
Our trainers have many years experience working in the field that they train in. During the training they combine their technical knowledge and years of working experience to answer real-life questions and demonstrate situations that come up in a typical work environment.
The average size of our classes is around 4–6 people, so you get plenty of attention from the trainer, with lots of time to ask questions and experiment with the software. We run most of our courses, even classes of 1 person.
We make a lot of claims on this page about how great our courses are, but you can also read testimonials from our clients who come from a wide range of industries and professional backgrounds.
