About Our Training

Alpha Computer Consultants is committed to providing you with the best possible training experience.

You can choose from scheduled classes or we can provide one-to-one, small class on-site and off-site training options to meet your needs. We can customise training to suit your requirements and provide customised solutions. Please contact us to discuss your specific training requirements.

Computer Platforms used in our Courses

We use both PC and Macintosh computers. Whatever your platform of choice, we will do our best to ensure that you learn on the same type of computer as you use at work. All computers used in our courses have the latest versions of the software as soon as practical to use.

Course Timing

Alpha courses run from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a1 hour lunch break. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea are provided.

Comprehensive Written Courseware

We provide you with detailed courseware, a valuable reference to have long after you have completed the course. The courseware is written by our professional trainers, and includes answers to questions that come up in a typical work environment.

FREE eLearning DVD Packages

Most of our courses come with an eLearning DVD package which allows you to review the entire course at your own pace. eLearning DVD packages comprise of over 70 QuickTime movies covering all aspects of each course you have attended.

Professional Instructors

Our trainers have many years experience working in the field that they train in. During the training they combine their technical knowledge and years of working experience to answer real-life questions and demonstrate situations that come up in a typical work environment.

Small Classes

The average size of our classes is around 6–8 people, so you get plenty of attention from the trainer, with lots of time to ask questions and experiment with the software.
