Registration Requirements: use our secure online store to book and purchase your course
Confirmation of Registration: after you submit the above purchase, you will immediately receive a Tax Invoice. Alpha Computer Consultants will process your application and send a confirmation of a place in the course via email. We will contact you if necessary.
Course Fees: must be paid in full 14 days prior to course commencement, account customers excluded where PO is required.
Private Training: Invoice must be paid in full at time of registration/booking.
Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds (a 20% administration fee may be applied) will be provided after written request, but must be made before 7 days prior to course start date. Within 7 days of course start date, 100% cancellation fee may apply and will be at the discretion of Alpha Computer Consultants. For Packages, course start date is the date of the first course.
Changes: changes must be submited in writing (email) 7 days before course starts. Failure to attend the course will forfeit your course fee. Alpha Computer Consultants reserves the right to alter any of the published arrangements, either before or during a course, or to cancel or terminate a course. Courses are subject to minimum student numbers and students will be transferred to next available course date if class is postponed. Alpha Computer Consultants reserves the right to refuse a registration. All Rights reserved.
FREE repeat of public course: within 6 months (where required) subject to space availability. Courseware will need to be reused when attending the repeat course. Free repeat is not available for clients failing to attend their registered course without prior notice.
Course Topics: Course topics may vary slightly from posted course outlines.
Computer Platform: We will try to ensure you have the platform of choice but can not guarantee you will have a Macintosh if selected during registration. PC users will always be provided with a PC.
Outstanding Invoices: Invoices outstanding in excess of 30 days, may have a 5% per month fee added from invoice date.
Promotional offers & Discounts: All promotional offers and discounted courses must be paid for in full prior to course commencement to obtain promotional pricing/offer and discount. Promotions can not be combined, and Packages are designed for a single candidate.
Room Hire: All room hire bookings must to pre-paid 14 days before event, excess hours will be charged and sessions must not disturb other rooms. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) will be provided after written request, but must be made before 14 days prior to booking date. Within 14 days of booking date, 100% cancellation fee may apply and will be at the discretion of Alpha Computer Consultants. Damages must be paid for. Additional persons presenting themselves will be charged for, this includes any observers. Access to rooms only available after payment has been received. Credit Card Bond is required after booking. Alpha reserves the right to allocate any available room.
Software-Hardware-Consumable purchases: All software and hardware pricing must be confirmed with an AlphaCC sales representative before purchasing online. Please be advised that these products are sold on a non-return basis. We would highly recommend you ensure the products are compatible with your requirements before ordering. For example, newer software have minimum requirements for Operating System, hard disk space, and RAM, you will need to ensure your system is compatible. Alpha Computer Consultants provides these products on an as-is basis. Products must be pre-paid.
ONLINE Courses: online courses must be prepaid before training material is dispatched to client. Client needs to work through the eLearning Package and work through the hardcopy courseware including all exercises before attending the Online live session with the trainer. Online live sessions will only run pending minimum numbers.
