As a trainer and training co-ordinator I need to be able to find training organisations that suit my company's requirements. Alpha Computer Consultants fit the criteria admirably. We use Adobe products on a regular basis and need our staff to be "kept up to speed" with current software. I have recently completed courses on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with Alpha Computer Consultants and would like to express my total satisfaction.
Prior to my training days Alpha Sales would remind me of the time date and venue via phone and email, which really suited my busy schedule.
Alpha's chosen venue was easily accessible via public transport and the class size was an intimate smaller size room were I could clearly see the screen from the back row. The computers were late cross platform models with the latest system software and I was able to use my own Wacom table.
Our class worked from a precise folder of content collated by Alpha which covered all aspects of the required software level but our tutors were also happy to adapt and cover specific areas that our class majority required. All students were given the tutorial folder to take with them so these extra areas covered were a real value add and individual questions were welcome.
With Alpha's after training incentives and support such as 'repeat course' and 'follow up questions email' I feel all frustrations of learning a new program or learning from the manual etc are removed.

The Australian Library & Information Association (ALIA)
The Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) completed an
Indesign conversion course. The Association's publishing staff were
proficient PageMaker users who believed that indesign had features which
would assist in our document production. The in-house, one-day intensive
conversion course was invaluable, providing a good overview of the
software, as well as quick tips and hints to the many Indesign features.
We covered a great deal over the day, and due to the small group size,
we were able to tailor the course to our particular needs. The course
notes have also been invaluable -- the instructions are clear and
concise, topics are easy to locate, and the notes are extremely easy to
use.
The move to indesign has been a great time saver for the staff at the
Association. The small publishing team has to provide quality material
in tight time-frames. Indesign has helped streamline the production of
our journals and magazines.
